Vantage point is the second of the plots of ground which sit alongside New England House. The middle plot is the “Longley Estate”.
The plan for this area is to develop commercial, retail and accommodation on a large scale.
There was a widely publicised public consultation held at the Clarendon Centre (aka “CCK”) on 20th September 2018.
